Below are the details regarding the documents you need to apply for JEE exam 2021.
Your 10th and 12th qualification details
Scanned copy of your passport size photo
Scanned copy of your signature
Identity card such as Aadhar card
Valid email address
Valid mobile number
As the registeration mode is online you need to pay the amount through your debit card or credit card or net banking.

Below I will mention the documents that are required while filling the application form:
- Scanned images of photograph and signature
- Category certificates (If belonging to reserved category)
- Debit card/Internet banking details for payment of application fees
- Photo Identity proof such as Aadhaar, Bank passbook, Ration card copy etc
