I think you have some confusion for JOSAA counseling you have atleast 75% in senior secondary but for spot round the minimum eligibility criteria is 45% in senior secondary.
So if you have secured less than 75% then also you can take part in spot round.

For JEE main qualifications you must need 75 PR not 75% OK.All the best
