Hello there,
At 38 Percentile your all India rank will be around 5,38,786 or beyond.
At this rank the chances of getting a seat in the NITs and other government funded Colleges will be very difficult.
Therefore I would suggest you to prepare for April session of the exam or other Engineering Entrances.
