No there want be any issue with the JEE exam being postponded
The Trade Unions did propose to the Union HRD Minister to postpone JEE Mains 2020 January session due to the nation wide strike. However, there has been no news from NTA officially regarding this. May be we will have a clear idea about it in a day or 2.
