JEMAT ELIGIBITY &AFTER WHAT COURSE IT SHOUL
Joint Entrance Management Aptitude Test: JEMAT is a common entrance exam for the admission to various management courses like MBA, MHA, MMA, PGDM, PGDM (executive) and PGCM. The exam is conducted by West Bengal University of Technology (WBUT). There are about thirty five management institutions and colleges in West Bengal which take the result of JEMAT for the admission of MBA programs. Candidates who clear the test will have to face a group discussion followed by an interview as the final step of admission process.
The basic eligibility criteria required by a candidate to apply for the Joint Entrance Management Aptitude Test is that, he/ she should hold a graduates degree in any discipline. The candidate should have a minimum aggregate of 50% marks in their graduate level. A relaxation of 5% will be given to candidates who belong to the backward communities (SC /ST and OBC candidates). Candidates who are appearing for the final year exam (graduation) are also eligible for the test.
Candidates who have completed their graduate level of education from any of the recognized universities/ college can apply for the Joint Entrance Management Aptitude Test.
Only permanent residents of India are eligible to write the test. Candidates who belong to foreign countries are not eligible to write the test
