jmiti radur is worst college for b. tech CSE or not?

Hello,
JMIETI, Radur can be considered a decent colleges for following reasons.
They have well maintained facilities, hostel, sports centre, laboratory and Library.
Their placement was recorded with 352 students but the package was on great with Rs 2.8 lakhs per annum. Since their another college JMIT and this college have same placement drive so you are eligible for companies coming to both colleges.
