josaa 2020 fault :my *mother name *mismatch josaa officers *asking for an *undertaking mentioning my mother name as correct and certify it. what to do plzzzzzz???

Hey there!
As per what's informed to you, you'll have to submit an undertaking to the jossa site for your application to move forward. Write an undertaking , get your mother's signature and also provide some identify proof of your mother. Scan these documents and upload them on the site and that should be able to get your application to move forward.
