Just for a confirmation, in neet pg 2020 option filling our highest priority college should be at no 1 right? Then next at 2 3 4 etc right??

Hi,
Well yes the list is like that only. The college that you put in the first place is your college of most priority and then in the decreasing order of priority you will list all of your choices of colleges and then you will get a college according to your marks and the cut off.
