Kalinga Institute of Medical Sciences (KIMS) is a constituent college of KIIT, established in Bhubaneshwar. The institute offers MBBS, MS and MD courses, approved by Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India and Medical Council of India (MCI).

KIIT has two wings- hospital and medical college. All the courses are offered under the departments of Orthopedics, ENT, Obstetrics & Gynecology, Paediatric, Endocrinology, Metabolism & Diabetolgy, Ophthalmology, Anatomy, Pharmacology, Anesthesia, Physiology, Forensic Medicine, biochemistry, Community Medicine, Pathology, General Medicine, Nephrology, Oncology & Onco surgery, Rheumatology, Plastic & Cosmetic Surgery and Urology.

ELIGIBILITY:

Applications for admissions in Kalinga Institute of Medical Sciences will be submitted online.
Candidates applying for admissions to MBBA course must have passed Higher Secondary Examinations with Physics, Chemistry, Biology as compulsory subjects.
Admissions to MBBS will be through NEET conducted by CBSE followed by counselling.
For admission to MD and MS courses, candidates must have obtained MBBS degree as minimum eligibility requirement for admissions.
Candidates will be admitted to the course on the basis of their scores NEET PG.
