Hi Maheshwaran,

I am here to help you with your question. When there is a delay in announcing results then they will announce temporary results only based on certain criteria then those results are called 'Withheld Results'.This is not exact or final .Again they will announce final results following all criteria.

It means that either your application form was incomplete or you have not submitted proper data during registration.
