Dear Rajni,you have not mentioned that in which exam you have got that rank.So,i assume that the rank is in JEE Mains.So,for general quota your rank is very low and you would not get any of the national colleges like IITs,NITs,GFTis,CFTis etc.You can only get colleges like state govt. colleges of your state.As every indian state has their different admission procedure,so you will have to be alert for your state.It is also true that chances of getting good govt. college in your state is very low.But it all depends upon state to state.I think you can get only private colleges of your state university.Rest you can check our predictor for more info. https://engineering.careers360.com/jee-main-college-predictor
