this is no link of that paper you can go with the model paper
ia state lecel entrance exam. and it's organized by Maharshi Dayanand Saraswati University (MDSU) this is conduct for student to get a admission in various institution in the state of Rajasthan for the bechelor education to appear for Rajasthan PTET 2019.
they have to register themself for the exam. and candidated will be shortlested on the basis of their performance in Rajasthan PTET of 2018 exam
