Hey.
To get registered under the Delhi high court bar association you can, obtain the Application form from the Office of Bar Council of Delhi for a sum of Rs 1000 from their address- Bar Council of Delhi, 2/6, Siri Fort Institutional Area, Khel Gaon Marg, New Delhi-49. They do not accept downloaded/ printed forms.
Then you have to submit the application form along with the required documents. The Enrollment Committee of Bar Council of Delhi in their meetings will scrutinise the applications according to their provisions. After the approval of an Application Form the Council will issue an Enrollment Number and an Identity Card confirming the members enrollment into the Bar.

H.C. bar association registration process is different from B.C.D. registration maam.
But a law graduate first has to enroll himself/ herself as an advocate with BCD or any other bar council first and then you can be a member of The HC Bar association.
I have already done that
