Parents always think What is better for your Future. You must have heard the Dialogue "Parents ka Decision bhale hi Galat ho Magar Irada Galat Nahi Hota hai". The same way If you want to do something and if it is Good for your Future then you should give your best Convincing them.
Even after that they don't understand then you should take help of someone who you think can convince your parents.
Even if they don't understand then Think what you are doing is it Correct and if the answer is YES ,you should do it without thinking what others will say.
Remember the Quote "Work Hard In Silence, Let Success Make The Noise".
Hope My answer Helped You
Best Of Luck For Future.
hi aspirant,
You should be confident on yourself . you should work hard and have patience and develop self trust you will succeed in life. you should have trust on yourself and on god. God helps everyone. every one comes alone and goes alone. you should take decision yourself and set goal for life and work hard and keep trust on yourself that will succeed. Everyone becomes success in life by working hard not by getting support . You will succeed in life keep patience and work hard. God will help you . Your parents will also help you when they will see how you are working hard . Please read biography of sundar pichai , PM Narendra Modi ji .
Best of luck
It becomes very difficult when your parents don't support you in achieving something you are interested in. They may think that the career you want to choose is not suitable for you. You cannot do anything except trying to convince them. Do not shout or ill-behave with them. Rather speak softly and frankly. Sit with them, and try to explain the matter. If you think convincing both of them together will be difficult for you, then try to convince any one of them first. It will be better if you have any elder person (your elder brother or elder sister) with you, who can also help you. Many a times parents don't understand the positive sides of the matter, hence they differ with you. Whatever you want to choose, if it's really good enough for you, then you need to explain the positive sides to them. Keep trying, hope they will realise the good side and start supporting you.
Thank you!!
Hi avdhesh,
Its really tough when your parents don't support you in your career aspirations and goals. The thing which you can do to make your parents understand is seek help of some elderly who can talk to your parents on your behalf. Also giving examples of students who have done great following the same path can also help. If nothing works out, then i'll recommend you to go for the choice which your parents want you to do. But do not kill your aspirations. Once you are stable, you can definitely follow your passion.
Good Luck..
