In order to appear for NEET, you need to fulfill the following criteria;

Attained 17 years age by 31st December of the appearing year.

Passed or appearing 10+2 from a recognized board with Chemistry, Physics, Biology/Biotechnology and English as core subjects, those having Biology as additional subject too are eligible to apply.

PCB aggregate(inclusive of theory and practical) against one's category should be achieved-

UR;50%
SC/ST/OBC; 40%
PwD;45%

As of now, there is no upper limit hence no restriction in terms of attempts for NEET.
