No, as per UGC norms B.Tech-M.Tech or any engineering,medical degrees can not be pursued in Distance , Corresponds or open Education mode .Then can be strictly completed through Regular Mode only.If Any University is offering such degree through distance mode they are violating the norms of UGC and the degree given by them stands to invalid .The distance B.Tech degree will not add any value to your career as these degree will not help you any where in Governments jobs nor in private sector as it will not accepted.
