it totally depend on college and teachers

because  now days all the college instruct teacher to  teach in english but some teacher teach in hindi to better understanding for student

Most of the colleges in india follows English as Standard Language for Teaching as well as Most of colleges also teach their Students in Hindi as well as English. As we know india is a country where variety of languages are present and thus,different state has different languges,like In kolkata-bengali,Bombay-Marathi as well as hindi,Orissa- Oria,tamilnadu-Tamil.There may be wider possibilities that Way of Teaching is influenced by Regional Languges,like in Bihar Chanakya National Law University(CNLU),PATNA,teaches there students in hindi as well as in English.Yeah Prestigious Colleges always follow standard way of teaching their students like English.
