Hello Pradeep,
There is no scholarship criteria for meritorious students in IIT by the government. There are fee waiver schemes for Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe candidates for whom the entire fee is waived off. The entire fee is also waive off for candidates whose annual income is less than 1 lakh per annum and 2/3 of the fee is waived off for candidates with annual income less than 5 lakh.
