Hello Aspirant,
UPSEE Counseling will be conducted on the basis of scores of JEE Mains and UPCET 2021. According to the issued notice, if any seats in these courses are vacant after JEE Mains counselling, they would be filled, on the basis of UPCET 2021 score.
