First of all you need to get clear that in most colleges in today some specified entrance exams are applicable to get admission. You have to clear them for getting admission in most of the government or any deemed reputed private colleges so without JEE it's not possible. But their are some state level entrance exams appilcable in that state only so through attempting that entrance exam the chances are very positive to get you colleges in your state. In order to get admission in engineering courses it is not necessary to appear in the jee. There are many colleges all across the country that give admission to students through different quotas. These private colleges don't require ant jee score. But you have to pay a huge amount of money to get admission.
