No, you cannot take the UP Board Class 12th exams online.

According to the rules of the Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad ( UPMSP ), all board examinations must be taken in person at an assigned examination centre using the traditional pen-and-paper (offline) mode.
