Yes, with a rank of 12,000 you have a good chance of getting admission in MDS Periodontics , but this is mainly possible in private dental colleges or deemed universities under management or NRI quota. The cut-off for government seats is usually much higher (AIR 5,000 - 10,000 for general category)
