kya other state se 12th paas student, jiska 12th me kam marks aaya ho wo student nios board se 12th ka exam de Sakta hai... please tell me.

Yes, you can improve your marks by appearing for on demand examination through NIOS. But you can only appear for 2 subjects to improve.If you want to reappear for 12th once again then you can write all the subjects.You can see the detailed information on how to apply for on demand examination by u=clicking the link below
