A PCB student can give a nest exam if they can operate mathematics as there optional subject in 12th . As the nest exam check all four portion ( biology , physics , chemistry , maths ) of an individual so even if you are a pcb student you must have maths as your optional subject because maths is compulsory for nest exam thankyou .

NEST (National Entrance Screening Test) is for admission to the 5-year Integrated MSc programmes in basic sciences at NISER Bhubaneswar and UM-DAE CEBS Mumbai.
PCB students are eligible, but the exam paper includes Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Biology. You can choose any three subjects, so even without Mathematics you can attempt the exam.
