In any colleges across the country, both in engineering or medical or in any other field, there is no reduction in fees for SC candidates. SC is just your category and calls for the reservation of seats in the respective colleges. It isn't an indication of your economic condition. Certain colleges, allow reduction of fees for the economically backward classes in a separate scheme known as TFWS (Tuition Fees Waiver Scheme).
