Sorry, But there are no chance for you to get a seat in any NIT with rank 45k.
So I will advice you to go for jee advance and perform well to get an IIT or you can go for some other exams like IPU, BITSAT and many more.
On the other hand you can go for some good private college or some deemed universities for further studies.
