l am applying my AEEE online counselling registration. I am belong to BC in Tamil Nadu for that which category whether General or others

As you belong to BC category in Tamil Nadu, you will not come under the general category, you will be considered in others category. So, stop worrying you might have a chance to get into Amrutha University though AEEE online counseling. Good Luck for your counseling.
