Hi,
The entering and closing ranks differ every year based on so many factors such as number of qualified candidates, number of seats available,college and course, previous year trends and so on. I hope you are referring to your rank. It is tough to get a veterinary seat with this rank based on previous year data. The students who score at least a rank with in 8000 have higher chances in getting veterinary seats in government colleges. The chances vary as I said earlier. All the best.
