l have completed my 1st to 12th in Gujarat and after that l want to qualify the neet from bihar because l am obc caste and my all documents are from bihar can l do this?

It is completely ok even if you have completed your 1st to 12th class in Gujarat . You are still eligible for 85 % bihar state quota provided you are domicile of Bihar

You don't need to appear in neet exam from an examination centre in Bihar.

Your domicile state or state of eligibility has nothing to do with the place or city from where you want to appear in NEET examination.
