Hello candidate,
RBA refers to residents of the backward areas of the society and OBC refers to other backward classes. So, as you know that there is 27% reservation for the OBC NCL category student in various examination if you are a candidate of the RBA category then you can entertain yourself as a OBC candidate while registering for any examination or services test.
