Hello,
No, leggings are Not allowed in NEET 2021. Also avoid wearing jeans and palazzo.
Don't wear clothes that have elaborate embroidery, buttons, flowers.
Wear half sleeve clothes only as full sleeves are strictly prohibited.
I would suggest you fo wear lowers or pants without big pockets and metal zips.
