Hello there!!
Laplace correction e=0.6r (in closed organ pipe)
Laplace correction 2e=1.2r (in open organ pipe)
Therefore, velocity, v = n(v/2(l+1.2r)) for open organ pipe
and v = n(v/4(l+0.6r)) for closed organ pipe
