It is not possible to know about last rank . I can only give information about cutoff for all category the revised neet pg cutoff score was lower than initially released percentile. For general category was 42.5(compares to the usual rule of 50th percentile and the equivalent cutoff score was 667.4 for sc,st and other backward caste. While for pwd it was 34.50 and 643.1009 respectively
