last year I will give practical exam of all subjects and pass in all subjects but fail in theory so this time I also give practical exam ?

Yes, you need to appear for each and every exam this time irrespective of whether you passed last year or not. Your new result will consist of new grades or marks replacing the older ones.

In supplemenry exam you need not to give all exam but just in which you failed.

Yes, you need to appear for each and every exam this year too. This is fresh exam in which your last year grades or marks will not be evaluated rather the new scores will be considered.  But if you were giving supplements exam than you did not to appear for all exam except the one in which you fail.
