If we look at the closing ranks of last year then most government medical colleges closed around a rank of 10k except for up rural institute of medical science and research which closed at a rank of around 24k.

Plus there are the private colleges wjere the closing ranks went further low.

Now as 5 new colleges are due in UP, it surely will have an impact on the counselling. But upto what ranks the chances are possible that cannot be said as of now.

Because the CRs depend on factors like the cutoff trend, difficulty of paper, highest neet marks, number of candidates etc.

Although more candidates will get chance of having a medical seat, however the rank cant be predicted that accurately as of now.
