last year there were nearly 1200 seats reserved for sc candidates out of nearly 5000 total seats in Ap, so my question is the seats for sc student would incline or decline?

The increase or decrease in the seats for the SC category depends on the total number of SC students enrolling in the exam. The percentage of reservations for SC students is fixed. So, it depends on the number of SC students appearing and qualifying for the exam. Accordingly, the number of seats for them will be available.
