In Punjab NEET 2024, SC category students generally needed around 450–500 marks to get MBBS seats in government colleges under the state quota.
However, during the stray vacancy round, if seats remain unfilled, the cutoff may drop by 10–20 marks, allowing candidates with 430–450 marks a chance, especially in private or semi-government colleges.
Admission still depends on seat availability and competition that year.
