Combination of CS and LLB is in high demand in corporate sector.So,its a very good decision if you are thinking to do the same.
If you want to do both at the same time then you can do integrated law course .
CS is a correspondance course and is divided into 3 stages:
1.Foundation programme
2.Executive Programme
3.Professional programme

This dua law and cs cannot be counted on same grounds but the scope is very huge. You can study cs along with law since you will be studying your law papers which will help you for the cs subjects since there are some modules which are related to cs and regardng job also the scope is huge. If you think of doing cs after graduation you need not to pass the foundation level you will be eligible for executive level, but you must appear for foundation for getting acquented with the cs exam pattern.
