    Try updating the app or downloading the document once again in the Careers360 app. This should solve your problem.

    I just downloaded the JEE MAINS sample papers with answers. It is showing that the file has been downloaded but its not there in any folder like My Files or Documents or Downloads. Please tell him to access it.
