Hi Aspirant,
during the choice locking of various colleges where you want to take admission I would like you to go through the following steps.
First make a list of colleges you can opt through your rank based on previous year's cutoff
Secondly give the first choice as the college which you want in first place also depending on your rank.
Then you will be selected or counselled according to your rank!!
