Hello Aspirant,
All the NITs, IIITs, GFTIs offers admission to candidates on the basis of JEE Mains score. And also a candidate need to have a minimum percentage of 75% for General/OBC and 65% for SC/ST or be in top 20 percentile of their respective boards.
Apart from BITS, VIT, SRM etc. whi conducts their own exam for admission, almost all of the private colleges in India accepts JEE Mains marks.
