I am assuming that your query is related to getting a degree in MBBS . To apply for admission in MBBS course in the medical colleges of Bangalore this year, you will first have to apply and appear for NEET-UG 2020. After declaration of NEET-UG results, if you at least succeed in getting the qualifying marks in this test, you will be eligible to fill an application form for the Counseling. After the completion of the application process, you will have to participate in the process of document verification for Karnataka MBBS 2020 admission. The authority will then publish the first merit list of Karnataka MBBS admission 2020, followed by the choice filling and seat allotment process. Counseling for the 85% state quota seats is conducted by the Karnataka Examination Authority (or KEA). Counselling authority for All India 15% Quota seats is the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) on behalf of Medical Counselling Committee (MCC). You will have to appear for a common counselling process conducted by KEA/ DGHS (whichever applicable to you).

Separate merit lists are released for Government and Private Colleges.

Final admission will be based on the marks secured in NEET UG, performance in counseling process and fee payment.

As per the stats of last year, 9095 seats for MBBS and 2674 seats for BDS are there in Karnataka.

Usually, the online application form for Karnataka MBBS Admissions is released by the 3rd week of June. But this year, due to COVID-19 pandemic, NEET-UG 2020 has been postponed to 26th July 2020 (tentatively).
