Hello Sintu

Optional subjects can be choose in the basis of you faculty in katras College.

The candidate must select ( all students of intermediate arts, Science or Commerce) one of the following core language as a compulsory subject English / Hindi A( for Hindi students) / Hindi B ( for non + Hindi students) and mother tongue each carrying 45 marks.

b) one of the following elective language is offered to all students of I. A, I.sci and I com.

c ) An Intermediate arts student has freedom to offer, in lieu of one of the two language languages

Arts student can select any three of History, political science, Economics or philosophy.

For Science candidate optional subjects ( any two of four ) are mathematics,biology, computer science and Economics

For commerce students optional subjects are any two of following - Economics, Entrepreneur ship, computer science , commercial arithmetic.
