Hello Aspirant,
Yes, it is acceptable ST category of Bihar state under in central government.
There was a deletion of the 2006 constitutional modification which changed the Lohar caste into Lohara/ Lohra.
Bihar government acknowledged that only one caste Lohar is prominent in Bihar and there is no caste in the name of Lohara/Lohra.
You need a legal caste certificate issued from an eligible council to avail of the benefits.
