Assuming you are asking for L&T scholarship so to get the same you will have to fulfill below eligibility -
Education Qualification - Class 10th: candidate must obtain minimum of 60% marks/ CGPA 6.50 on the scale of 10 Class and in 12th: candidate must obtain minimum of 60% marks/ CGPA 6.50 on the scale of 10 Bachelor of Engineering/ Bachelor of Technology: obtain minimum of 60% marks/ CGPA.
Age : It should not exceed 23 years.
Height : Minimum height should be 160cm.
Weight : Minimum weight should be 50kgs.
Also, the candidates will be selected on the basis of written test and interview and the company choose 30-40 students for L & T scholarship.
