Dear candidate.... hope you're doing good..

Well, since you've not accepted the seat offered to you in the first round of counseling by paying the seat acceptance fee followed by documents verification in the alloted nodal center, so you have lost your seat and now you are not in the counseling process. So you may not apply for colleges in the successive rounds of counselling.
