Mai 2016 me matric pass kiya 389 marks tha board ko challenge krne pr 391 hua but 391 vala marksheet abhi tak nhi aaya hai .Kya kare??? Help

Hi,
I would advise you to talk to the authorities of the school from which you passed your matriculation and ask them regarding the delay of your marksheet as it has been around 3 years. I hope they will help you out in this matter as from school only you will get your marksheet.
