The problem you are facing is faced by most of the people. But, no need to panic. You can surely come over this problem. All you need to just follow some suggestions given below :
1. Read as much English books as you can.
2. Try to communicate in English as much as you can.
3. Improve your Grammar and sentence making ability by observing thoroughly that how sentences are constructed in books.
4. If you watch series or movies, then try to watch them in English as much as possible. Observe that how they make sentences while talking.
5. Build up confidence that you can make sentences in English. You will get wrong many a times but by regular practice, you will surely learn how to make them.
6. Most importantly, try to think in English, so that you can think, express and write the same thought in English only.
