Dear Kartika, when you were registering for Round 1, you should have gotten a pop up asking if you want to avail EWS Category. You should select 'Yes' if you want to avail this reservation. But now as this is time for Round 2 registration, EWS reservation is only applicable for Central Universities/Central Educational Institutions. That list includes:
