With a CUET score of 317 and being under the SC category it's quite unlikely for getting a paramedical courses in top Central or state universities,as cutoffs are usually much higher.
However,you can still apply to private colleges or recognized paramedical institutions that offers admission with low scores or direct entry.You can also consider diploma or certificate courses which are job - oriented.
